Register for Evergreen 2024

Weston's 9th & 10th graders are invited to  ADAP's Evergreen Dance - an evening of music, dancing, food, and fun with friends on Saturday, May 11th from 7:30-9:30pm at St. Francis Church in Weston.

 

Students do not need bring a date. Students could come on their own or in a group. Parents/Guardians & students should review the registration form together before submitting. Be sure to complete an individual registration for each attendee. Semi-formal attire suggested.

Once you register, please send payment.Tickets are $65 each, preferably via Venmo to @ADAP-Weston prior to May 4th and $95 after. Please indicate student(s) for whom you are paying in the memo. You may also pay by check payable to ADAP of Weston and mail it to ADAP, PO Box 1241, Weston, CT 06883. Please indicate Evergreen and the student(s) for whom you are paying.
