PATHWAYS TO WELLNESS

Weston ADAP, the Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program of Weston is encouraging Weston middle school students to participate in WMS Pathways to Wellness.
WMS Pathways to Wellness is a supportive approach to mental health wellness and substance use issues. Students will learn foundations of positive mental health, risks of substance misuse, and healthy, holistic coping skills to help navigate their adolescent years.
This program is led by Josh Flaherty, LCSW, who facilitates the popular, montly WHS ADAP student peer group.

Josh is the Executive Director of Adventure Recovery, a Lead Guide and avid outdoor educator. He has a passion for mental health and his career and clinical expertise in the field truly fulfills this calling. Josh has proven essential in helping Weston's teens navigate high school for many years and has proven to be a valuable resource and a go-to support person for WHS teens.
Josh received his Master of Social Work from Fordham University.
This four week program will run Tues 12th May, 19th May, 26th May, 2nd June - 2:45 - 4pm.
The cost will be $100.
